About Half Pint

Half Pint Homemade Ice Cream has been selling made-from-scratch ice cream at local farmers markets and events since 2008. We use locally-sourced dairy and eggs in our ice cream and feature other local ingredients when possible. We are dedicated to providing a fresh high-quality product that will appeal to children and adults alike.

Half Pint Ice Cream started out with a tiny Cuisinart home ice cream maker and a dream. Owner and chief ice cream maker/scooper/lover, Cle Franklin, has been a huge fan of ice cream from a young age, even working at a local scoop shop in her hometown of Boston as a teenager. Upon moving to Seattle 12 years ago, she was surprised to find very little in the way of local ice cream offerings. Five years later, Half Pint Ice Cream was born. The first summer she set up shop at just two farmers markets and over the years we have grown and evolved, and now we can be found at eight farmers markets across the greater Seattle area.

We also love to do private events - everything from weddings to birthdays to corporate retreats. An ice cream cone adds a special element to any party.

Come be a kid again with Half Pint Homemade Ice Cream.
